I believe the issue with my Genesis G90 was an anomaly, and whole-engine replacements are not the specialty of this dealership or any other. Especially on a car as technology-centered as the G90. I believe that Genesis of Portland handled this as well as they could, and I was very pleased with the result. I appreciate them and will certainly get my next Genesis there.

Iwas upset to be charged $272.34 for an OIL CHANGE! When I questioned the charge I was told it included tire rotation WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST and did not need. I am surprised Genesis treats their customers in this manner.
It takes 2 or 3 calls to get through to service every time I call. Also, they are scheduling service out 3 weeks. Does not feel like premium customer support.
I am very happy with the care and attention the dealership gives its clients. I recently had a recall on my car, but I live in Eugene. It is a 2 hour drive each way. My sales person arranged for a driver to get my car and bring it back in the same day. I felt really good about that

UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL. I have gone out of my way to get my Genesis serviced here but no more. After a scheduled, premium oil change, with a 9:15 am drop off, my car was not done by 4 pm. At that point they said I would need tires soon, so I said go ahead and do that too.

AFTER SALES SERVICE IS THE WORST. CAN'T GET THROUGH BY PHONE TO SCHEDULE A SIMPLE APPOINTMENT AND ALSO WANT TO CHARGE FOR ROUTINE SERVICE DESPITE HAVING BOUGHT THEIR PREMIUM AFTER-SERVICE PACKAGE. LUDICROUS!
Hunter was absolutely fantastic. I walked in there with the simple goal of sitting in a G90 as it has been one of my dream cars for awhile… ended up leaving with one. Him and Travis were incredibly kind and helpful and got me a great rate on a full 10 year warranty as well. I pinched myself this morning when I woke up and saw the car sitting outside my house!

They gave me valet service they brought a loaner car while they did a 11,000 mile check up they brought it to Salem, OR Which is approximately 40 miles from where I live and they brought the my car and had been washed an vacuumed inside! As an out of state buyer who wanted a specific model, trim and color, Alan made it his mission to ensure the transaction went smoothly and as planned. If feel the service and service people are great! For having a high end dealership I feel the building it self is not up to standard. What I mean is there is no main entrance to service like the Acura and Lexus places, there is no loaner cars for someone who travel from Wa. for service that might want to go to your malls. I guess I feel you could be more plush and accommodating. These car are expensive and I’m use to better high end dealerships.
Hands down one of the easiest buying experiences I h as ever had. Kaiden went above and beyond as a good salesperson should. I appreciate how quick and smooth it went. 10 out of 10

Since I live 200 miles from the nearest Genesis dealer I was concerned about dealing with warranty and recall issues that involve a long drive and overnight stays. My recent service experience at Genesis of Portland was excellent in the following ways: 1) Michael was courteous and efficient: 2)the service technician did everything he was supposed to do carefully and well. I do have a big gripe. After 25 years with Lexus, the service center atmosphere from garage to waiting area to snacks is a distinct comedown and quite disappointing.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and was disappointed my salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the car I expressed interest in. Although Mike M. was quite friendly and easy to work with, he lacked some basic information about key features of the vehicle that I ended up having to Google to obtain. I realize he hasn't worked there long, but he should have been better trained.

Premium price for routine service and no parking for service customers. Other premium cardelers I have used, Lexus, BMW and Audi are superior.
Chris May, sales rep at Genesis of Portland is the best! He is friendly, knowledgeable and cares about the customer experience. I did not feel pressured during my visit to the dealership. He was able to get me into a lease of a top of the line 2025 Genesis sedan for the price of the model with less features and horsepower.

Had a excellent experience buying a used truck here recently. I couldn't be happier with how the process went. They went above and beyond to get me the most for my money. I would for sure buy from them again. The salesman I dealt with was really friendly and I didn't once feel pressured to make the purchase. The finance guy Dillon was fantastic and ended up getting me a much better extended warranty ( 10 year 100,000 miles instead of 5 year 60,000 ) than I had selected for the same cost.
